Visits to Cities
Undoubtedly the ITTF/PTT Level One Course was very much a focal point but it was just one aspect of the visit made by Carlos Esnard. He was able to visit several areas of the country and gain an overall view of the proposals that have been designed by the Paraguayan Table Tennis Federation.
Meetings are planned for next week in the cities of Encarnación, Caacupé, Villarrica and Coronel Oviedo with a view to preparing matters for the ensuing visit in October.
